Returns & Exchanges

At Just For Kix, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel or footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
